When shipping back your product, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues. Lip Gloss, EYELASHES, and BODY SHINE CANNOT BE RETURNED. All Sales are FINAL! All other exchanges must be done within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
